I guess that's where we all made our mistake. Elmer said he was going to "look at various strategies", but didn't say he was actually going to do anything. Who knew you had to take these statements so literally?

I know the pain of waiting this out as well as anyone and it's been a really difficult few years. This bear market for commodities has us all beaten down I think. I think the only thing that's going to give us hope is a commodities recovery. I've given up on waiting for a production decision to be made. If it is, I'll be ecstatic, but I would not be at all surprised if our price becomes buoyed by a commodities recovery, rather than a decision by Teck.

Maybe we'll all feel a bit more positive once we have some further drilling results and the optimization studies are reported. I think things can only get better from here, but it's a pretty dark time at present indeed.
