Why would this worry me? Well simple it would show that Elmer thinks this will ride out into the next 10 years and him spending some of that money shows me that; A) He knows we are receiving a lot more money so mind as well diverse CUU's portfolio. B) The other projects he has our money in will flip for more money and maybe payout more dividends to shareholders etc...
=========================
A lot of pretty big assumptions there Deepockets.
I hope you are right, but there are a lot of starving companies out there and prices are in the toilet. Look at Ball creek for example?
Assuming we WILL be able to sell our projects when we want to monetize them is dangerous IMHO, especially at a profit... Hopefully yes, a sure thing - definately not!
As Foxyroller commented yesterday about Ball Creek's valuation:
-----------------
....did Ball Creek have a completed FS? Hmmm.....let me see....NO!
Therefore it is just moose pasture with a whole pile of money needed yet to be spent.

Really, she is right, and Eaglehead isn't much different.
The whole project went for what - half a million (yes, it may be tough to drill - but is close to hwy and power and existing holes didn't look worse than Eaglehead). There may be value there, but not until a "whole pile of money" is spent?
Our pile is shrinking with the VD PEA and the extra 10% of Eaglehead we just bought - 1.3 million just there.
