This brings back some news headlines back in 2010 ..... how McLeod Lake Indian Band (Derek Orr) worked together with Thompson Creek Minerals on getting the ball rolling ...google this story , very interesting how this deal went.

Thinking out loud, if this is similar ... afterall, this is how BC government get first nation groups to join in and making it work for the next first nation generation ...
