Galore was also using a Russian Mil 26. It will lift almost 22t don't remember the exact payload. that's almost twice what a chinook will lift.(we were building 20ton frac skids for Russia that were moved by these birds) I know a rigged that had photos of equipment split into 3,4,5,6 pieces. I was told by weight they moved more payload than the Berlin blockade! (sorry never did confirm it for myself though) And they wonder why they were over budget.
