"Penstock" is the word he used for the diesel line.(as he is use to work with penstock everyday) He is très french Québécois so.. yes he was refering to the diesel line providing GC.(Not installed tho) he said that the pipes stayed there "not assembled".
that's a good question Prospekt. I didn't asked if it was from the Hwy 37 as it went out of my mind... I may ask him tomorrow if I see him at cafeteria again.
I think he said that it was the road access to the tunnel... so I have no clue from which road would that be.
But he said ( I THINK, they completed the road by now) as they left before.... and they were also flying to GC camp from Bob Quinn or Stewart airport at that time (not sure as he mentionned both places)
But I'll get back to you if I ever get the road answer.
