The number being kicked around had been $4.4 million. The press release indicates that the Canada Revenue Agency disallowed certain expenditures, lowering the refund to $3.63 million. CUU may legally challenge that.

Same lawyer that threatened to go after the discussion forum bashers or a different one, I wonder?

Oh well, less money in the kitty for survival. Hopefully the Van Dyke sale doesn't take as long as the Schaft Creek sale.
