Yes, I went back and read the JV and there is a deadline of March 1st so it is overdue. However, we didn't get the news until March 19th last year. Although the JV has deadlines written into it they are agreeing to over-ride them. It seems most of the JV meetings have been pushed off the deadline already. In fact, another one is due the end of this month and I doubt that will happen.

If Teck did not submit a plan by the deadline then Copper Fox has until April 15 to come up with a plan of their own.

There was an after-hours buy today as well. It feels good to see the stock running up but this has happened in anticipation before and then drifted away again.
