I think it is still compliant but there seems to be some limitations on Teck booking the reserves without verifying the data. Copper Fox though did the work and we can talk it up all we want.

I think technically Teck can use the FS data but they need to produce other reports or something. Anyway, it seems clear that Teck would be better off waiting for their own optimization studies before they acknowledge the reserves.

When you think of it that makes good cautionary sense for a company that takes over a project from someone else. These Feasibilities seem to be as much an art as a science and Teck might go a different route if they did it themselves. Hopefully a more profitable route.
