I've tried to remain objective during this prolonged period of depression for copper and other commodities. I've read varying opinions on where the price of copper will go over the next 1-2 years. Mostly, it seems the experts are bearish. I disagree, and would like to think it's not because I'm biased by my vested interest in copper fox and other juniors who would benefit from an upswing in price. I think a lot of people are going to be surprised by the consumption of copper this year and don't think the supply side is going to be as robust as some people think.
It was uplifting to read this article which was very positive on the price of copper and suggests some momentum pushing the copper price beyond $3 before the end of the year.
