The timelines were discussed and Teck probably taking in a partner. As for the rest, it's JMHO. Teck will have to make sure all the t's are crossed and all the i's dotted on the optimization in order to show a potential buyer, without question what they would be buying. Of course any buyer would have to do their own due diligence and it would have to match Tecks.
