"At present the Tahltan have an agreement with the Provincial Government, where they receive 37% of what government collects as revenue sharing for all industries operating in their territory. Including all hydro generation projects. They could I suppose ask for more. But what they have in hand is collected by the govt. for them."

So profits from the project stay with the JV and Liard only.

I'm happy to have that confirmed...
