So, on an equal number of shares, Probe would trade at about 62 cents.

You are right about the number of shares, 62 cents is a lot less suprising than $2.50.

Still 5x what we are trading at and they only have an RE and only gold.

Just my ramblings about what I am thinking here - I don't know anything about the project and am not an expert. Just discussing it. If it was important to me I could do some research. I think there is more to the story, but its ok if there isn't.

It is good to see projects starting to sell - no matter what, that is a good thing!
