Good post MoneyK, you explained your thinking very well. I agree with your assumption regarding a dividend - they wouldn't likely be able to spend more than a small fraction of the $125M/yr.
Please don't take this the wrong way, I just want to know when the 6.5 years starts. Does it start at beginning of construction or after construction (or somewhere inbetween)?
