In Dec. 2014 Russia asked Saudis to reduce production, they said : We will if you do as well. Russia obviously said NO. Saudies replied, Ok then lets talk back in June 2015 at our next meeting. June 2015 is when the oil prices will bounce back given they reach agreement this time around. By that time, however, demand will not be higher so dont expect a sharp rebound either.
