CARMAX MINING CORP. ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN YEAR-END

CUU owns 42% of Carmax

Carmax Mining Corp. has filed documentation with the B.C. Securities Commission to change its year-end to Oct. 31. The change in year-end is being made to have Carmax's year-end coincide with that of Copper Fox Metals Inc., the company's control-block shareholder.

By changing the year-end, Copper Fox will be able to consolidate its financial statements with those of Carmax as required under international financial reporting standards.

The notice of change in year-end has been filed on SEDAR under Carmax's profile.
