As a CUU shareholder I'm writing to you because of a few questions. I would be grateful if I could get a straight answer. Thank you in advance.

1.) Current CUU balance sheet is probably not really in good condition. If I'm not wrong, CUU is expecting tax return of apx. 12 million CAD? (Based on its peer group, our balance sheet is in good condition and we expect to receive an additional cash refund from the BC government estimated to be in the order of $4.2 million . NO sure where you got the $12 million from)"
