Do you know if EE is participating in the first tranche closing tomorrow?

Is the 'early acceleration event' clause common? It seems to limit the profit that could be made. Obviously not a barrier to invest as it sounds like the first 3 million shares are already fully subscribed?

Do we know if any insiders participated or is that not known until after closing.
