I know I'm guilty of one or two things (my sport/toon post was reported and I got the scolding from AG) and I goofed again on the name thing and bringing a SH post here but isn't hoghead pretty much always in violation of rule 5?

Does a longer term poster get cut some slack versus a newbie getting rid harder?
