CUU's PAC account is up to $11m, so the claims are in good standing for a long time, and with the cash CUU does not have to dilute its 42% ownership when Carmax does a financing, CUU can also use the PAC to keep Carmax's claims in good standing.

Are you sure about this?

If they do decide to put more money towards Carmax (and I really hope they do not), it better at the very least get them majority control of the company.
