I think the monies part was purely from the poster's opinion.

Last time I talked to Elmer, the haven't even planned on what to do next year with Eaglehead. I don't think they even have a cost on how much it'll cost to do the next step let alone putting all of the tax refund into Carmax. Purely opinion of that poster IMO.
