I couldn't find it on SEDAR but the Galore Creek Minig Corp site indicates it was AMEC:

If we don't get any significant news from the next JV meeting then it looks like next March when Teck updates the annual reserve report, Teck files their annual report and the JV announces the 2015 work plan. Unless something material happens between now and then.
