Message: Teck Quarterly Reports

So if this is what Teck is thinking, why would they be taking so long to apply for EA permitting, building roads, etc.?...they essentially just burned up a yr of development, and if they dont make up their mind soon they wont be ready to develop next year either.

The other question I have, is if this is the case, how do you think that will impact our buyout with them making this a smaller initial project?

I guess one more thing, Im not power engineer, but if they go smaller, wouldnt that mean their draw on the NTL would be less - would it make sense for them to 10 yrs later be fighting to get upgraded to service Shaft into more production? I would think you would want to secure all your power needs now, especially if this area may become a "mining district"

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
