Then why the delay and more importantly why did we agree to it if it wasn't of any benefit to us?

What choice do we have? Do you think we could force Teck to do something that fulfills our best interests on our schedule?

The point was made that the reason for the delay was not apparent. If you think it was apparent, what information has been revealed because of the delay?
