I don't think Teck is stalling because of finances or metal prices. Copper is still $3, and SC has high enough margins. Finances- Teck has close to $5 billion in available cash.

Either way, this NR was very generic and limited on the details of the study. I find this weird because what's the point of this NR? it doesn't tell us anything. Unless it's more preventive of sharing details in this project so no one can jump in (ex. buying a big percentage in CUU).
