That statement appears to originate from Youngmoney, not CUU.

It was on the website earlier, but has since been removed. Maybe someone asked for clarification and it was removed to update the information? If so, then I think it must have just been worded poorly and they meant that Teck had spent about $33 million on the project to date, including their buy-in for SC.

Let's hope that we'll more interesting information soon.
