once Teck builds a mine by themselves that 25% will be worth over a billion... The 25% that someone will buy will end up being like a net smelter agreement. if someone buys 1.5 billion for 25% and teck ends up pulling out 50 billion of minenerals whoever the 25% owner is will get 12.5 billion. not bad ROI.
