I agree. In addition, all these insiders purchased last year at 45 cents.

I think it is very positive that they are purchasing more when the current share price is at 17.5 cents. Their recent 500,000 share purchase at 14.5 cents is still $72,500 which is still a fair bit of money. That is, you don't simply throw away that amount of money.
