I believe I read some time ago, that under special circumstances, insiders who are blacked out, can get permission to puchase stock. I think one of these special exemptions was to support their stock price. IF I am correct, it is then obvious, the day to day stock trades/prices , for now anyway means nothing to them. I am guessing, that if there was a large shareholder looking to off several million shares that could adversely affect the stock price might be one situation where permission might be granted.
