If they got $0.04/lb and the Van Dyke historical estimate is 1.2 billion lbs then my math says the project would be worth $48 million. Please correct me if i'm wrong, I realize the latest drilling may bump up the resource estimate but this would be a ballpark value I suppose.

I think the property was purchased for something like $2 million?

For some reason I had thought this was worth more....again, please correct me if I'm wrong.
