Willy, It's a stock alert. All online brokerage firms such as RBC, TD, etc have them. I use TD and RBC. You can be alerted via email or text on a variety of metrics including, stock rise/fall volume rise/fall, news and announcements. I had an alert setup for when the .20 support broke, and I was alerted today of exactly that.
