They have 7.2 billion dollar of debt. 5 billion net debt (after cash).

Highlight page is that they have 5.3 billion of liquid cash to use. 2.1 in cash and rest in credit.

They do have a lot of liquid cash to use. I don't think Teck would put a large mine in production by themselves. They usually partner with someone.
