I wonder if Elmer has thought about contacting the major pension funds in Canada like, CPP, OMERS, CASSIE, or teachers. all are searching for ways to increase return in these times of low interest rates.

That made me think of something else. What if they could sell our 25% to the very people who were putting up the financing for the project overall?
