I just spoke with them. There was only one purchase of 20 million shares by Copper Fox. Somehow, because EE owns about 50%+ of CUU he also had to be declared on CanadianInsider and registered the purchases as an insider, but he didn't buy any more personally.

They say it is a "fantastic project" in case anyone is interested.
