I don't think Elmer was concerned with stock price in relation to buyout value?

From Bigbuck

Talked about comparables, some recent buyouts, or offers. Nothing worth reporting really. There have been none with the multiples this would need.

Very unhappy about the SP, they were last year and it was at .65 then. Feel the bottom of the metals market is in and the swing is starting. Investment community is starting to show interest again.

From Hkahka

last year apparently Elmer was off 80% with his portfolio and CUU was substantially higher than it currently is now

I think if Elmer said he's not concerned with SP, a lot of investors would be even more pissed at him than they are already. Obviously a low SP would attract a lot of low ball bidders.

Market is weird. Look at LVN as example. They are currently trading at 22 cents or 23. Their cash per share is around 20 cents. Lots of yearly lows juniors around. Not just Copper Fox.
