I thought the Directors also received "incentive" grants as well. I'm not completely sure.

I would appreciate it if they decided to forgo options, but it is something they, and every other stock on the TSX, do as a matter of course. There were a lot of options that were cancelled because they were out of the money these past few years so I could see them justifying it.

I suppose they could be holding off until Desert Fox is floated out there. At that point they could get a much bigger chunk of shares if they rolled it back 10:1 or whatever.

Still, I think it means something I'm just not sure what.
