Message: NTL Status

This has been discussed a bit recently. I recall someone saying that they had spoke to a person who works at BC Hydro who said the NTL was behind schedule "but only by a couple of weeks".

The following link says its on schedule to be fully commissioned and in service by May 31st. https://www.bchydro.com/energy-in-bc/projects/ntl/construction_schedule.html

I recall that the results of the BC hydro study commissioned by CUU last year should be made public soon, which coincides nicely with the looming completion of the NTL and that the results of this study and what Teck decides to do next may tip its hand to its intentions. I think Prospekt mentioned that there would be an additional hydro study requested by Teck that would indicate, among other things, the size of the mine being planned.

Do I have this right? Am I missing something? Does anyone have further info on this next apparent step in our CUU odyssey? Thanks in advance for any info.
