imo, the whole district will be worth giggabucks in time as only 10% area of SC has been properly explored & 43-101ed!

we can drill for ever & keep improving SC's worth - however some of us who are SH here 5 years or more already (including insiders ?) don't have endless time to wait. A Bird in the hand is worth 2 in a bush!
