Yea, there was basically no trades yesterday after lunch, and for an hour and a half there was no trades yet this morning. Then 5000 went through and the 3/4 penny it moved you are refering to was already assumed. Even yesterday as it traded the price was, last trade 0.225 and bid/ask was 0.23 and 0.235 respectivily. It was in a way already higher in a way, someone just had to have a trade go through.
