Simple. The Sentiment for CUU stock is terrible. If the company releases no material information about SC in 2014 with either:

1) A buyout of our 25% portion of SC; or

2) A Teck production (positive) decision; or

3) Some other NR that incorporates improved economics into the FS. Something that analysis can grab onto and quantify the "real" value of SC. With the current FS, most analysis seem to be looking at the FS numbers and then walking away.

Then more investors will give up as they are tired of waiting and move onto other investments.
