Our old pal Randy Marko is staking claims alongside the Caramax claims, on April 11, the day after the news was announced. I guess he's had such success selling claims to Elmer in the past with CUU and BXX that he's willing to risk a bit of money to try again.

If Elmer is smart he'll just leave him to it and eventually he'll get tired of paying those renewal fees.
