As if our SC & Arizona assets weren't worth enough already, buying into a local / i.e. safe jurisdiction, 43-101 proven & expanding asset at a major cash discount has to ultimately benefit us all....imo

we wont know everything, until the last cards are played, but there is reason to everything here.
