Instead of Teck for instance just buying out CopperFox's 25%, could they not just buy out all holdings, thereby giving thier shareholders better optics off a larger premium. "hey,we are going to buy out Copper fox of thier 25% of the Schaft Creek project for $x.xx and as a bonus we are also getting Arizona property with xxx pounds of copper??
