I agree with being in too deep.

As for the $1 cost and above...I worry about that too but I believe mangement still kept their $1.65(or was it 1.69) options and didn't bother getting repriced as I see the rest of the junior companies are doing. To me, they see this SC with much more value and they are firm on not diluting the company further. I strongly believe we will get the payoff.
