For what its worth regarding the EA I have found that it is averaging 14 months for BC to review and accept applications. The link below has a Teck rep already on the application if you click on "List of Contacts" along with Shane from CUU. I really think Teck is downplaying SC and they are closer to this project than most think.

I work for a major general contracting firm in Canada that does a lot of remote work. I will check with my camp suppliers to see if Teck has approached them regarding pricing on camps. This will at least let us "suggest" that Teck is proceeding with this as you don't need a permit to price out a camp. You do need a permit for roads. Once we see this permit then it really signals that Teck is proceeding.
To sum it up, the EA is definitely holding us back. That and the poor communication & direction from management has frustrated the market.
Does Elmer really think we are going to follow him down to Arizona after all this is done???
Unless I see $5.00 a share my relationship with that team stops after CUU.
