today is one day I wish I was a lawyer. I would bury Elmer in a Class Action suit for incompetence just for spite. We'll be below .20 within the month. Gotten beyond ridiculous and action should be taken. Unfortunately the guy holding the % of shares who could do something is an insider. We need a new mgmt. team. Nobody with enough shares to force the issue with a proxy.
