Galore Creek Mining Corporation is who was contracted to build the road access to Galore Creek that we're going to use as far as Mess Creek.

They did do this with the road in 2011/2012:

GCMC also carried out minor safety improvements on the project access road during this time.

It's not much but it's not nothing. OK, it's almost nothing.

I wish they would apply for the permits.
