yes indeed....and one thing CUU can depend on:

no potential buyer of viable property, companies (or Cu)...is going to say: "i've gotta have it - i need it, no matter the cost"!

More likely u will hear: "there's a glut- we don't & wont need it for years" - (and a host of doomsayers poking longs with large sticks, sayng how glad they were to dump X a long time ago......
