I didn't say they would not build. But a guaranteed mine and everyone agreeing to that is all you will hear. 20m is peanuts for the "option" to invest billions. Clearly they are interested but our future is completely in their hands, that guarantees nothing. We are not the only project in the hopper. A lot more patience will be needed.
