Message: Mining in Miami

As a follow-up to my own message...I meant to say that Desert Fox could legally mine from a depth of 500 feet downwards below the town of Miami.

That works out to about 150 meters. The intervals on the historical drills that are interesting start no shallower than about double that depth. So it should be no problem.

I don't really know what sort of hazards might be expected to occur on the above surface but it's not fracking, right? At least this matter has been settled by the courts already in kind of modern times.
