It seems to be a fact actually. The mayor said that they would welcome the new jobs in the article I was referencing last night when discussing the likelihood that the town of Miami would be pleased, or not, with drilling underneath their town.

Another article I quoted last night was dated January 5, 2011 and stated that Bell Copper would need drilling permits to do further exploration and that it could take 3 years to get those permits.
It has been over three years now since that article was written, and it seems like Elmer is anticipating the permits this year because they've set their drill plan for 2014.
